Ingredients

Active ingredients: BCAAs (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-glutamine.
Other ingredients: capsule components incl. glazing agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC); anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids. Allergen note: may contain traces of milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs, and peanuts.

Recommended use

• Take 6 capsules with ~300 ml water, twice daily (12 caps total).

  • Training days: 1st serving 30 min before exercise; 2nd serving immediately after.

  • Rest days: 1st serving in the morning, 2nd before bedtime.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
